Tensed about tenses ^^

Dearest Students,

I guess tenses have proven to be NOT so super easy hyper easy ya ^^ It's ok, never say never so if we try our best and practice by trying online quizzes, I am so sure you will understand it better. Here is the MOST simplified version.

Simple Present = habit, facts, general statements
Present Progressive = An action which is happening NOW for a this week, year or month and is temporary.
Present Perfect = An action that already happened before NOW but don't know when it happened, An action that has been repeated a few times before NOW but Don't Know when exactly.
Use with Since and For means until NOW still true: Ex: We have studied in MMU for 11 weeks (Still here)
Present Perfect Progressive = An action that is still happening UNTIL NOW and you want to show HOW LONG (FOR) or SINCE WHEN (SINCE): Ex: I have been waiting for her for 1 hour ~means you are still waiting for her.

That's all for Present Tenses ;) Shall continue with Past Tenses tonight :)

Luv,
Ms Jasline
